Family run and they serve home cooked meals that are delicious. Their curry and teriyaki...as simple as it may be, tastes delicious, homey and well worth the reasonable price! The workers here are very friendly as well. Of course they also serve a variety of other comfort foods like sandwiches, muffins and ice cream. A good place to go for a meal!
This family run joint is the only place I found with ice cream in Kananaskis Village. They offer soft serve with a number of flavors. I ordered chocolate, dad got black cherry, mom had peanut butter. The peanut butter was the only one with any real flavor. The others added color and sweetness, mostly. Prices are reasonable, even for the candy. Candy cost little more than in the city, which is surprising compared to other "general stores" in this area. The staff are friendly and patient - no sighs when my son kept changing his mind or I couldn't decide which flavor. There is a little seating area inside but I recommend you take your food to the picnic tables outside. There's a pond and waterfall so it's a nice area to eat.
Great service and good reasonably priced food and a great hot mocha! Happy we stopped here while passing by in the village. The crew here while all speaking english as a second language do a great job and made our morning with smiles and a polite and courteous experience.
Nice Hospitality and delicious food. This owner serves not only hot meal and coffee but also warm kindness. It was first time 17 years to visit Kananaskis. Inside the hotel was totally changed , but their tenderness is nothing changed as 17 years ago.
Stopped here on the way up from the Kananaskis Lakes back to Banff. The employees were super kind, the food was reasonbly priced, and they had a bunch of random souvenirs + Asian snacks. I got the super bowl.. It was simple but good! Same went for my bf's BLEC. They were both made fresh. There was seating inside and a few benches outside.
For two of us we took ramen, super bowl and Italian panini. I did not satisfy with panini, sorry. Ramen and super bowl were okay, simple and good. Personal are really friendly. Overall it's good place because there are only a few places to take something to eat. We paid for both around $35
Nice place to grab Japanese foods, their Curry bowl is awesome, and Matcha Mooster is super delicious, I like the matcha blends with vanilla ice cream and Oreo.
